Geomview

Hi.
	I am interested in running geomview. I
have access to a NeXT workstation, System release 2.1.
I note that in your web page "Obtaining Geomview"
you describe the geomview-next.tar NeXTStep binary
distribution as running on "either a NeXT workstation 
running NeXTStep 3.0 or 3.1, or a 486 PC running NeXTStep 3.1".

I am new to the NeXT environment. I ftp'ed the Geomview executable
onto the NeXT workstation and ran the file command. Geomview is not
recognized as being an executable.

I assume that I don't have the correct version of NeXTStep....

I am wondering how a single binary could run on both 
the NeXT workstation and the 486, given the different 
chips and operating systems. 

Can geomview run on our NeXT workstation?
