[ REQ 5211]: geomview problem

Hi - we are running geomview on an IBM Risc System/6000 3AT.
Everything seems to work fine until we try to colour an object.
Then we get the message:

X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  Major opcode of failed request:  70 (X_PolyFillRectangle)
  Serial number of failed request:  5568
  Current serial number in output stream:  5569

and the program bombs out.

The program worked ok on an older RISC System, a Powerstation 220
with much slower graphics.

ANy help would be appreciated.
